Paul S. Martin: A native of Richmond, Virginia; Mr. Martin concluded a successful management career in the hospitality industry in 1989. Subsequently, he obtained the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in May of 1993. He then went on to obtain the Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from the Graduate School of Business of the College of William & Mary of Virginia in May of 1995.

After graduate school, Mr. Martin was invited to join the operations of RP Consulting Group, Inc. of St. Petersburg, Florida. There he held the position of Quantitative Analyst from October 1995 through the end of May 2001. He was made a principal of the firm in July 1998 until his departure at the end of May 2001. He again joined the firm in 2003 as Director of Research where he developed investment strategies for tax-exempt institutions, specifically defined-benefit pension plans, endowments, and foundations.

In 2006 Mr. Martin returned to his native Richmond, Virginia and was appointed Vice President of Shenandoah Asset Management, LLC. An investment advisor registered with the SEC, Shenandoah manages portfolios of US equities on behalf of defined-benefit pension plans, endowments, and foundations. In October 2009 Mr. Martin left Shenandoah Asset Management, LLC.

Mr. Martin continues to conduct research and develop investment strategies in a wide range of investment applications for both institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
